Hurricane Michael causes havoc and widespread blackouts in Florida

Remnants of Hurricane Michael, which made landfall with 155 mhp winds just northwest of Mexico Beach, keep battering the wider Florida Panhandle, leaving more than 263,000 people without electricity. The fast-moving storm now turned northbound, heading towards the Carolinas and parts of Virginia.
