Project developers Vietnam and Myanmar have taken more risk to complete LNG import terminals in record time to help stave off looming power shortages. Hải Linh Company has built a terminal in Vũng Tàu, southeast Vietnam with a planned start-up in Q2-2021, while the small-scale Thanlyin regas terminal in Myanmar is already operational.
