Zeeland Refinery, owned by Total and Lukoil, has contracted Air Liquide to install a carbon capture and liquefaction unit for its hydrogen production at the Vlissingen site. The ‘Cryocap FG’ (Flue Gas) plant will capture and liquefy over 90% of CO2 emissions for storage in the Dutch North Sea.
