ExxonMobil is to sell its 60% stake in Hong Kong power generation business, Castle Peak Power (CAPCO), to the existing minority shareholder CLP Power and China Southern Power (CSG) for $3.4 billion. Castle Peak Power operates a number of power stations in Hong Kong including the 2,500MW gas-fired Black Point Power Station.
