Italy's Terna signs deal to acquire power grid concessions in Brazil

Italy's power grid operator Terna, through its subsidiary Terna Plus has signed an agreement with Brazil's civil and infrastructural works company Planova for the acquisition of two concessions to create and operate some 500 km of power grid infrastructures in the country.
