Langage CCGT sale to EPH effective, as part of £318m deal

Czech utility Energetický a Průmyslový Holding (EPH) has taken over operation of the Langage combined-cycle gas turbine (CCGT) from Centrica. The parent company of British Gas had chosen to divest Langage, together with the South Humber Bank CCGT as part of a £318m deal as it seeks to focus more on energy storage and distributed generation.
