A Franco-German cooperation on hydrogen has been set up by Siemens Energy and Air Liquide. Combining their expertise in Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) technology, the two companies develop an industrial-scale electrolyser that will be piloted at the H2V Normandy project (200 MW).
