Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Shell, Vattenfall and Wärme Hamburg – the founding four of Hamburg’s Green Hydrogen Hub – have teamed up with Airbus and ArcelorMittal and another six firms to form the ‘Hamburg Hydrogen Network’. As of 2026, the partners aim to curb CO2 emissions in Hamburg by 170,000 tons each year.
