In just a few days, on October 2, Canadian utility SaskPower will commission the world’s largest commercial-scale carbon capture power plant. The Boundary Dam Integrated Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project in Estevan, Saskatchewan province, comes at a cost of $1.4 billion.
